A new “home” for the Misericordia of Campo di Marte in Florence

The Misericordia Campo di Marte San Pietro Martire is going to have new premises. The cherished dream of Florence's historic social-healthcare facility has now become a reality thanks to a donation from Menarini. A concrete gesture through which we wanted to show our support for the emergency point of Quartiere 2, operating in the same area of the city where our headquarters are located.

The facility – covering over 300 square metres – will be built in viale Paoli. Larger spaces will allow the Misericordia to offer more services to the Florentine community: the centre will house new medical offices and listening points for the needy, a leisure centre for the elderly and classrooms for first aid courses. This is great news for Florence and the environment. In fact, the complex will be built entirely according to “green building”, in line with the principles of sustainability.
