In August 2022, a number of employees of Menarini Singapore watched a film together about autism. The screening, organised by the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore, was followed by a meeting with the film’s director and a human rights lawyer for people affected by Down’s syndrome.

A month later, this experience became the inspiration behind the Menarini team’s HoliOOSH x Menarini Carnival. The guests of honour were 40 disabled children and young people from the Rainbow Centre, a social services agency, responsible for special education schools in the country.

With the support of the agency’s staff, 38 of our employees led the students through fun-filled activities, from drawing to basketball and obstacle courses. It was a celebration of inclusion that provided long-lasting memories for the children of the Rainbow Centre, who were also presented with a bag by Menarini as a memento of the day.
