Bridge of Kindness

In the rural Chợ Lách district in Vietnam, even going to school can be dangerous. Many bridges made of bamboo or timber are fragile and often outdated structures can put people's safety at risk, especially during the monsoon season.

In cooperation with the Ho Chi Minh Association for Poor Patients, Menarini Vietnam and its employees have organised several fundraising initiatives to finance the reconstruction of the old Bé Sâu concrete Bridge, renamed the Bridge of Kindness.

The work is 28 metres long and 3 metres wide. With the new bridge, 1.000 children can now safely get to school every day, rain or shine. And commuting is finally easier for everyone.
